21 Day Return Policy
 
In the unlikely event of a jewelry product arriving in a defective or damaged condition, you can return the item for refund or exchange within 21 days of receipt.  However if you return the product for reasons other than defective or damaged goods, there will be a restocking fee of 20%.
Once you return the item to ShanOre, your refund or replacement product will be dispatched as soon as possible.  If a replacement is not immediately available from stock ShanOre will endeavor to make one available in the shortest possible time.
Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than ShanOre), cannot be accepted for return.
Returns made in packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: Our 21 day return policy excludes the return of rings or any other custom sized, engraved or customized products that are in perfect condition. 

To return a jewelry item, follow our three step process:
1.Inform Shanore. Email us, info@shanore.com and inform us of the imminent return of the product. In the event of a replacement not being immediately available, this will speed up the process.
2.Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. e.g. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write ShanOre anywhere on the outside of the box.
3.Insure Your Package. if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination
PLEASE NOTE: FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.

SHANORE WILL REPLACE OR REFUND THE FULL ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE INCLUDING ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS, IF THE RETURN IS AS A RESULT OF A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
ShanOre is NOT responsible for any loss or damage of your return.
