The Irish American Mom loves to bake. And after recently posting the recipe for an Irish Sponge Cake, one of her blog readers followed with modified steps. The reader, Aimee, is a personally dubbed “foodie.” Instead of cake flour, Aimee used whole wheat flour. And instead of sugar, she used sucanat (unprocessed sugar cane). The Irish American mom has shared the “foodie” version of her Irish Spoke Cake, and it looks delicious!
