30 Day return policy
We offer a no quibble, 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you decide not to keep your item, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange it for another item. Please ensure the item is unworn.
Once you return the item to ShanOre, your refund or replacement product will be dispatched as soon as possible. If a replacement is not immediately available from stock ShanOre will endeavor to make one available in the shortest possible time.
Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than ShanOre), cannot be accepted for return.
Returns made in packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: Our 30 day return policy excludes the return of rings or any other custom sized, engraved or customized products that are in perfect condition.
To return a jewelry item, follow our three-step process:
- 1. Inform Shanore
Email us, email@example.com to inform us, and await our reply BEFORE you ship the package. In the event of a replacement not being immediately available, this will also speed up the process.
- 2. Package Your Return.
Include all original packaging and collateral material. E.g. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. Please ensure that you package your item securely and safely to avoid damage in transit.

United States and Canada
All returns must be sent by United States Postal Service or Canada Post, only. We cannot receive packages that are sent by any other courier, including Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT.
Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.

Shanore will replace or refund the full original purchase price, including the original cost of shipping and the return shipping and insurance cost your incur, if the return is a result of a damaged or defective product.
Please ensure to follow the return details closely. In the event of a damaged good being sent back for repair or refund, and the package is NOT sent by the national post service of your country, we will not receive the package the cost of shipping back to us cannot be refunded.
ShanOre is NOT responsible for any loss or damage of your return.
