Payment

Payment on the site is by all major credit cards.

If you are uneasy about sending your credit card details online, please email us at customerservice@shanore.com , send us your contact details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

All Euro & Sterling customers already have 23% VAT added to the price. No duties will be charged upon arrival of your package.

Any shipments made within the US will not be liable for duties or sales tax.

Shipments outside of Europe / US may be liable for duties. Please check with your countries customs for details.

Shipping & Delivery

We are serious about quality at Shanore and we realize that shipping needs to be prompt and safe. For this reason, we use quality shipping agents, e.g. Federal Express and USPS in the USA. These are the most reliable, express shipping options; and it's our recommended shipping options.

Each item from your order is placed into a customized, luxury presentation box and then placed into the quality packaging.

Each Shanore piece is handmade to order and receives the approved stamping of the Dublin Assay Office, guaranteeing your gold and silver quality. Although we endeavor to fulfill all orders within 14 days, on occasion due to events beyond our control, this time period could be extended.

If you have any special requirements, (rush orders, etc.) then please specify these during the checkout process. Alternatively, please do not hesitate to contact us with any inquiries.

Shipping to: USA and Canada

Shipments to the USA and Canada are by Federal Express, or USPS Registered Post. NOTE: Security prevents FedEx delivering to PO Boxes in the USA or APO/FPO addresses. Most Gold items are shipped by FedEx and most Silver by USPS or local Post Office services.

Shipping to: Europe

Shipments to the Europe are by Federal Express, or Post Office. NOTE: Security prevents FedEx delivering to PO Boxes in the USA or APO/FPO addresses. Most Gold items are shipped by FedEx and most Silver by local Post Office services.

Shipping: Worldwide

Shipments to the rest of the World are by Federal Express, or Post Office. Delivery to other worldwide countries may be available upon request. Please make your request by email to: info@shanore.com. Most Gold items are shipped by FedEx and most Silver by local Post Office services.

Shipping to: Ireland

All shipments within Ireland are by the Post Office or Fastaway. Delivery takes approx. 3 - 5 days.

Returns Policy

We offer a no quibble, 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you decide not to keep your item, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange it for another item. Please ensure the item is unworn.

Please follow our three-step process:

  1. Inform Shanore. Email us, info@shanore.com and inform us of the imminent return of the product. In the event of a replacement not being immediately available, this will speed up the process.
  2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. E.g. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write ShanOre anywhere on the outside of the box.
  3. Insure Your Package. If the price of the item you're returning is listed as:

Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.

More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination

PLEASE NOTE: FedEx and USPS will not insure merchandise over $500.

Shanore will replace or refund the full original purchase price, including the original cost of shipping and the return shipping and insurance cost your incur, if the return is a result of a damaged or defective product.

ShanOre is NOT responsible for any loss or damage of your return. Shanore would recommend that you Insure a parcel before returning it.
